About Me

Who's blog have you stumbled upon, you may be asking yourself?  Excellent question.  I'm still trying to figure out who exactly I am also.

A few things that are irrefutable:

• I am a New Jersey (USA) girl through and through.  A hard shell to crack with a warm gooey center, I am a cookie full of goodness.  That doesn't sound right, does it?  I'll work on it!

• I currently work in Corporate America and am not a Corporate American type of woman.  I have always dreamed of being a writer, and am now putting that to the test - one blog post at a time.  I started this blog to feel creative and to gain some insight into who I am.  Having any sort of readership or following is really icing on the cake.  Don't get me wrong!  I'd love to be popular, but it's not my driving force.

• I live alone with my cat and lead a pretty sedate life.  Well, sedate for being 20 minutes outside of NYC.  This is compared to my earlier life where I used to be the girl about town.  Hence the title to my blog "Musings of a Social Butterfly Turned Cat Lady".

• I'm a huge bookworm and try to read as many blogs as I can.  When I find someone's writing to be unique and interesting, I am a huge supporter. 

I hope you enjoy "Musings" and find a smile on your face when you're through with some of the posts.  I certainly enjoyed writing each and every one of them.
